Do I need QuickBooks too?
No. SOATMOS keeps its own double-entry ledger and financial reports. QuickBooks Online and CSV exports are available when you or your accountant want data outside SOATMOS.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your business records remain separated from every other business, and accounting exports let you take your records with you.
What happens if my subscription stops?
Your existing records remain available in read-only mode so you can review, print, and export them. SOATMOS does not delete your business history because a subscription needs attention.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The product is mobile-first and works in a modern phone browser. An Android wrapper is also being field-tested as an online companion to the same product.
Do you take a cut of customer payments?
Not in the current payment workflow. Owners and office staff record cash, check, or Zelle payments manually, and SOATMOS does not deduct a processing fee from them.
Can my crew see what I charge?
No. Crew access is designed around assigned jobs and field work. Financial screens and company margins remain restricted by role.
